This is a separately bookable twelve-person barn, distinct from the neighbouring barn and the estate’s whole-group hire. Dogs require prior written approval and payment; the named page states £40 per dog without an explicit charge period, so confirm the booking total and permitted number. Dogs must not enter bedrooms, upstairs areas or furniture, and must never be left unattended. Bring dog equipment, clear waste immediately and observe control around surrounding farm animals. Private garden/seating areas are provided, but no secure enclosed-dog-garden promise is inferred. Toft Barn has no hot tub; the hot tub is at Chels Barn and access depends on the booked property/combined hire. The contact is the managing booking operator, not a different property in its portfolio. The marker is an approximate property reference, not a confirmed entrance.
